H.E. Mr. WADA MITSUHIRO HOSTED A DINNER RECEPTION

To celebrate the successful exhibition of Haiku Poetry and to introduce his Deputy Chief of Mission H.E. Mr. WADA Mitsuhiro, Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan hosted a dinner in honor of members of Executive Committee of Pakistan Japan Cultural Association (PJCA), Islamabad on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at his official residence.

Speaking on the occasion Ambassador Wada thanked PJCA for holding a successful exhibition of Haiku Poetry Art Illustrations on September 22, 2022 at the National Art Gallery, Islamabad and appreciated the quality of paintings displayed in the exhibition. Later he introduced his new Deputy Chief of Mission Mr. ITO Takeshi who has a vast experience of public diplomacy and hoped that the existing bilateral cultural relations between Japan and Pakistan will further grow under his tenure.

Mr. Justice (Retd) Ali Nawaz Chowhan thanked the Ambassador for his compliments and assured to keep on working together with the Embassy of Japan, Islamabad for further promoting the existing bilateral cultural relations. The executive members of PJCA also reiterated their commitment for working together to promote Pakistan and Japan cultural relations. Prof. Dr. Nusrat Ara Majeed, Vice President, Ms. Toshiko Orita, Vice President, Mr. Mushtaq Moeeni, Secretary General, Ms. Nigar Nazar, Mr. Jamal Shah, Mr. Behram Shah, Mr. Zafar Mahmood and Sardar Omer Durrani the Executive Members of PJCA, Islamabad, attended the dinner.
