Mr. Justice (Retd) Ali Nawaz Chowhan, President Pakistan Japan Cultural Association, Islamabad appreciated H.E. Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardai, Federal Minister Foreign Affairs of Pakistan upon his successful visit to Japan from July 1-4, 2023. In a letter written to the Foreign Minister he acknowledged the fact that his able leadership in a short span of time has represented Pakistan quite successfully at the global level while promoting bilateral relations with the foreign world. He himself and on behalf of the Executive Committee of Pakistan Japan Cultural Association (PJCA), Islamabad conveyed heartfelt congratulations to the Foreign Minister for his dedicated efforts to further solidify the existing friendly relations between Pakistan and Japan.

He further expressed in his letter that PJCA has tried its best to further strengthen the bond of friendship between Japan and Pakistan in pursuance of the Cultural Agreement signed between the two countries in 1957. Since the inception in 1972 PJCA continues to hold various cultural activities in Pakistan for promoting understanding and cultural affinity among the people of two countries.

He hoped that the visit of Pakistani Foreign Minister to Japan will leave a deep-rooted impact in strengthening bilateral trade and economic cooperation, opportunities for partnership in technology, innovation, as well as exchanges in culture and education.
