Japanese Musical Concert: Ambassador Sings “Jeevay Pakistan”

Islamabad, February 11, 2001: The Pakistan Japan Cultural Association (PJCA), Islamabad, in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan, organized a memorable Japanese Musical Concert on February 11, 2001, at the Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad.

The event was presented by the renowned Coro Dolce Japanese Ladies Choir, a well-established musical group that has been active in Islamabad for decades. The choir is widely recognized for its contribution to promoting Japanese music and fostering cultural exchange in Pakistan.

A special highlight of the concert was the participation of the H.E. Mr. Sadaaki Numata, Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan, who captivated the audience by singing the popular patriotic song “Jeevay Pakistan.” This heartfelt gesture was received with great enthusiasm and symbolized the deep-rooted friendship and mutual respect between Pakistan and Japan.

The concert featured a rich blend of Japanese and Pakistani musical traditions, creating an atmosphere of harmony and cultural unity. The event was attended by members of the diplomatic community, cultural enthusiasts, and the general public.
